it's a bit of a pain to do, but with some practice... my hands would fall asleep first few times which made it more of a challenge... the wrists are inline with center of neck... so your arms are up and pulled back, which my shoulders didn't like at first..

I ordered today what I believe is the same yoke as you're using there. Just how hard is it actually do use solo? Seems difficult to bend your wrist like that, but clearly possible.

my key was on an ice lock hanging from the ceiling... I just forget the ankle cuff keys down so I managed to get them and boots of so I could stand up to get me spreader key...

Love the outfit and the bondage - incredibly horny, I'd love to be there in the same predicament there with you, the only change I'd make would be that our keys would be in an ice lock or a time release safe. Alternatively someone could come to release us at some point... Or maybe they would keep us locked up for a while for their pleasure...

I also didn't think I could actually get the ankle cuffs off while locked in the spreader bar..

nope. I usually have to wait for the ice to melt.. 45-60 minutes .. because I can't stand in the ballet boots let alone on the bed in them... but I forgot I left the ankle cuff keys in reach.. they normally are put up and away... next time all the keys will be hanging from the ceiling...
