To be honest I think they're all problematic when you're trying to piss and not make a mess. If you're using a cage versus flat/inverted it makes it a bit easier cause the sound is not "inside" you...

I've tried it for a few days but the catheter part can get kind of irritating. You can do it without it but you have to take it off to pee lol

i am also fascinated by how this works. my next cage might be inverted, but i don't think i can handle the sound and want something i can piss out of cleanly. any advice?
