Amelia Jane and her Step Daughter Lulu have been caught shoplifting and brought in front of the Judge. They are sentenced to bare bottom spankings followed by 20 strokes each of the hard dragon cane. The sentence is carried out by a strict Prison officer in front of the court and both women are left with raised welts on their bare bottoms.
