Golden advice from a fellow punter on here (you know who you are, mate!!)
XH have set all Favourite folders to ‘User Only’ – so folders now need to be UNLOCKED.
It's easy to do, and if everyone could unlock their folders it would be great!
To change the privacy settings on Favourites, go to My favourites / open a folder (now called a playlist) / on the top right, click Edit / change to All Users. Unfortunately, this needs to be done for each folder, but once you've done it, all is good!
